All participants for 11th World Leisure Congress are required to register.
Individual, Student and Group registration packages are available while various rates and discounts apply (Early-bird, Standard, On-site).

Group registration is offered at a discounted rate : 10% off for group of 10-19 persons
20% off for group of 20 or more persons

Online registration is not available for groups. Please click here to download the group registration

Students must send photocopies of their student identification cards to the Congress secretariat by
    fax (+82-2-3475-2635) or by e-mail (regi@worldleisure2010.org).

For Early-bird registration, payment should be received by July 20 in Korean local time.
    The standard registration rate applies July 21, 2010.

   Registration fee for students includes admission to Social program and dinner only for Sep. 1.
   Social program and dinner tickets for the other days are available at additional expense for
    students.

   On-site Registration is available at Kangwon National University during the following times:

• Standard rate converted into Korean Won is applied to on-site registration.
• On-site registration fees can be paid by cash or credit card in Korean Won only.
• Students ID cards must be presented at the registration desk upon arrival at the congress.

• For Early-bird registration, the payment should be completed by July 20, 2010 in Korean local time.

• Payment by credit card is available for on-line and on-site registration only
  
• Only Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards(Japan Credit Bureau credit card) are accepted.
  
• The beneficiary listed on your invoice will be "CHUNCHEON 2010 WLC"

• The registration fee should be credited to the account no later than August 8, 2010.
  
• When you remit your registration fee, the sender’s name should be same as the participant (group) name.
  
• All bank remittance charges should be prepaid. Please be careful not to deduct the registration fee.

1. Download and complete the cancellation and refund form from the link below and e-mail it to regi@worldleisure2010.org or fax it to +82-2-3475-2635.
2. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail regi@worldleisure2010.org or by fax (+82-2-3475-2635). Cancellation will not be accepted by telephone.
3. All refunds will be processed after the congress for administrative reasons.
4. All bank charges for remittance will be deducted from the amount of refunds.
